1993 Guild B4CE NT Acoustic Electric Bass Natural with Guild Deluxe Gig Bag

Up for sale, an incredible Guild B4CE NT Acoustic Electric bass made in Westerly, RI USA in 1993 (pre Fender era).

The B4 came with cutaway version with a Fishman contact pickup and on board preamp. This is a serious instrument, it was made between 1993 – 1997 based on the previous B-30/50 from the ’70s – ’80s before Guild was acquired by Fender and Cordoba nowadays. None of the current acoustic basses today are made in the US nor have the same high quality of craftsmanship.

Natural color, Solid spruce top, mahogany set-neck with rosewood fretboard and Grover tuners, mahogany sides and grained carved mahogany back. 4-band (bass, middle, treble, brilliance) Fishman 9-volt preamp, phase shifter and volume control. 3 1/8″ thick, 30 1/2″ scale length, 1 5/8″ nut width. The cup on the slider for the Mids is missing however the slider is present and works perfectly.

The instrument is in Very Good condition with moderat wear, just a few light marks on the back and sides or edges, although it has no considerable blemishes nor dents whatsoever. the instrument is in great shape overall and it been played or used with the utmost care. The truss rod is functioning flawlessly both ways. It’s just been professionally set and strung with D’addario Bronze strings. the Bass comes with a Brand New Guild Deluxe Acoustic Gig Bag.
